The username is the full e-mail address, which you have registered. For example, if your e-mail address is client@mbox.contact.bg then the username you need to enter here is client@mbox.contact.bg
The password is the one you have chosen when you registered your e-mail account.
If your e-mail account is hosted in a different domain then you enter the full e-mail address too and the corresponding password. For example, if your domain is www.firma.com and therefore your e-mail address is office@firma.com then the username you need to enter here is office@firma.com
